Humera is seeking an Administrative Assistant III for our client located in Wayzata, MN.

This position will carry out the responsibilities of Administrative Assistant CBS-Finance and our global CBSF leader. We are looking for a responsible individual to perform a variety of both administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include supporting local management and employees, travel planning, managing senior manager's calendar, and assisting in daily office needs as they arise.

Our client is a company that provides food, agriculture, risk management, financial and industrial products and services around the globe. The person in this position will be performing basic clerical duties to support the Finance Department,

Principal Accountabilities

  • 50% Support Senior Management. Responsibilities include calendar management, reserve conference space for meetings, schedule travel arrangements, assist in preparation of presentations, take and distribute detailed meeting minutes and submit and reconcile expense reports. Liaise with executives to handle request and queries.
  • 25% Check Printing. Responsible for the printing of checks for various Cargill entities.
  • 10% Mail Distribution. Distribute mail on a daily basis.
  • 15% General Administrative Activities. Monitor office supplies; order and restock when required. Coordinate office events, act as liaison for Office Services. Responsible for submitting computer and access requests for new employees. Cell phone coordinator for CBS Finance. Responsible to maintain Org structure. Monitor and maintain office equipment.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years experience as Administrative Assistant
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-up, strong sense of urgency, results oriented
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification

    Shift: M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
