About This OpportunityThe primary function is two-fold:  Coaching - provide support, and peer coaching for internal team members regarding soft skills, policy/procedures and system functionality. This can include modeling calls, side by side listening, handling escalated calls from guests.  Provide updates and best practices as needed.  Guest Contact - provide a Target branded experience with every interaction related to complaints, inquiries, and overall comments about their Target experience.  Efficiently and effectively handle incoming representments while deepening relationships with our guests, and minimize financial loss to FRS. Interact with key business partners to effectively handle and resolve guest issues. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  Take the lead as you…·         Provide side by side coaching for team members on call quality and techniques.·         Provide side-by-side coaching for team members on productivity measurements.·         Provide feedback to team members on strengths and opportunities based on department standards.·         Provide feedback to the leadership team on overall strengths and opportunities for individual team members.·         Modeling calls for peers to aid in developing and enhancing fellow team members' skills.·         Tasked with handling advice or escalated calls from our guests.Requirements·         High School Diploma or GED·         Computer proficiency·         Proven excellence in cardholder service and problem solving·         Demonstrates patience and professionalism·         Strong organizational, analytical, planning and decision making skills·         Clear and concise communication skills·         Ability to work independently as well as on a team·         Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a strong sense of urgency
