If variety is what you need in your Administrative role, Pro Staff has the perfect opportunity for you! We have an immediate Administrative Support position working at a manufacturing company in Alexandria. In this role you will support various departments within the company.  Within the accounting team you will open mail, create deposit slips, accurately key in data and file invoices and receivables. Within the production team, you will create workflow paperwork and reports as needed. In addition, you be the back up receptionist and assist the customer service team as needed. 

Hours are 7:30am-4:15pm, Mon-Fri. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous Administrative Support experience, have a strong working knowledge of MSWord and Excel, a good understanding of basic Accounting functions, be able to multi-task and have the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
