MARKETING DIRECTORPosition DescriptionDevelop strategies to ensure UCare obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs across UCare's product portfolio. Also responsible to ensure UCare is highly regarded by members, government officials, community and business partners. ·Maintain high level of staff engagement among the Product Marketing teams and the Creative Services team. ·Develop, execute and measure marketing plans that reach target segments quickly and effectively. Monitor ongoing campaign spend against budget and other key benchmarks, retool strategy if needed. ·Establish and evaluate an effective partnership with UCare's advertising and agency and other key vendor relationships. ·Mobilize the Product Marketing teams to “get the plan off the page” with efficiency and flexibility measuring results and adjusting plans to reach aggressive goals. ·Develop and facilitate implementation of marketing and communications strategies and tactics that achieve UCare's marketing goals. ·Assess resource allocation for “busy seasons” ensure new or temporary staff have adequate training. ·Provide strategic direction for ongoing communications including member newsletters, social media posts and blogs. Edit materials prepared by staff contributors. ·Support the ongoing maintenance, updating and redesign of UCare's external websites to ensure quality, effectiveness and accuracy. Initiate enhanced functionality, interactivity and self-serve features. Implement integrations of new microsites.EducationBachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.Required ExperienceFive years' experience in a health plan or health care organization with leadership responsibility for marketing. Three years of management or supervisory experience.Preferred ExperienceExperience in healthcare setting.
