A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills, whether your focus is electrical and plumbing, fire and security, smart buildings, HVAC and refrigeration, waste management and recycling, donations programs, salvage sales or energy utility expense management. Here, your work will exceed the needs of both Target guests and team members, delivering a holistically positive and pleasing experience, every time they walk through our doors. As a Sr. Program Owner-Senior, you will drive salvage recovery activity & refurbishment capabilities on behalf of Target Corporation to maximize revenue for product at end-of-life.  You will communicate regularly with vendors, Merchandising, Store Operations, Distribution, Property Management and other internal departments.  You will manage strategic vendor partnerships for high-value electronics salvage categories and salvage sales out of the Distribution Center Network. You'll work closely with key partners in Merchandising and Supply Chain to explore new opportunities to increase value across other key categories with significantsalvage volume.   • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong collaboration skills & ability to work effectively with others
  • Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and basic project management skills
  • Able to work independently and drive forward key initiatives
