Digital People is seeking a Digital Marketing Technologist to join our client’s growing team! This is an amazing opportunity to work on an analytics and strategy team that focuses on supporting marketing technology infrastructure and enabling the optimization of earned, owned, and paid media across channels. In this role you will assess current and future analytics needs, provide actionable insights and provide technical guidance on connecting different reporting systems in order to provide a holistic view on marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
  • Directly responsible for managing an entire partner – onboarding, audit, implementation and account maintenance, as well as, build out reporting infrastructure
  • Create technical specifications for connecting analytics and reporting systems, as well as execute the implementation of marketing technology
  • Directly participates in partner meetings to help strategize current and future analytical needs
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through channel attribution and management
  • Find and support value-add and sales opportunities for new and existing partners
  • Provide training to current and future partners, as well as, internal departments on maintaining data integrity and finding insights within the data
  • Insure measurement and tracking on ongoing initiatives that require advanced technical requirements
  • Innovate and experiment with new marketing technology initiatives
Requirements:
  • Web development experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required - equivalent experience considered
  • Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript and ability to troubleshoot site code is a must
  • 2-5 Years with digital analytics systems (Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Tag Management, etc.)
  • Experience deploying analytics and tracking systems (IE: Google Analytics, AdWords, Bing, etc. )
  • Experience deploying and managing A/B and multivariate tools
  • Digital Ad Management experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Ability to translate analytics-related requests, analysis requirements into clear objectives
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
