Our client is looking to add to their team!  This client is well known in the bakery industry and creates product decorations/bakery supplies.  This is a temp to hire opportunity and pay with start at $16.50/hr.

Hours: Monday to Friday (will have one day off) 10:15am-7:00pm and Saturday (will work every Saturday) 7am-2pm. 
Summary
The Technical Support Specialist provides technical support and customer service on all of the current systems the current and potential customers will use.  You will be asking questions to help diagnosis the issue by using step by step solutions.  

Description of Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support via phone, email and internet 
  • Able to work a shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 10:15am-7:00pm and Saturday 7am-2pm 
  • Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner 
  • Verify and log customer information  
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and assuring customer understanding 
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates 
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to solve complex technical issues 
  • Other duties as assigned or required 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 3 years providing phone support or helpdesk support 
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices ? Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems 
  • Knowledge of internet and software applications
