We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Core Sites Roving Coordinator. This is a brand new position for CommonBond Communities! The Roving Coordinator will work exclusively with a select group of properties known as Core Site properties to provide service coordination across a portfolio of housing communities. Our Core Sites Roving Coordinator would provide services to residents in partnership with the site’s Property Manager, and help shape our service coordination model for core sites.

• Coordinates network of service providers to meet needs of the housing community and individuals.
• Significant travel between select CommonBond sites
• Provides coaching and informal mediation on resolving resident conflicts and mitigating resident discord.
• Promotes resident leadership and empowerment by collaborating with residents to plan and implement community building events and activities.
• Identifies appropriate service levels and models at select sites.
• Supports the development of a remote service coordination model.
• Prioritize service need and response at sites
• Maintains accurate, timely and detailed documentation on casework in accordance with professional ethics and corporate procedures

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field or at least three years of experience in a related field.
• Two or more years of experience providing individual services to a diverse population of individuals and families.
• Two or more years of experience working with adults that experience mental health, and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Reliable transportation between CommonBond Sites.
• Knowledge of community resources and service networks.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Training in the aging process, elder services, disability services, eligibility for and procedures of Federal and applicable State entitlement programs.
• Demonstrated experience working within diverse communities, which include people of various ages, gender, sexual orientations, national origins, income levels, ability levels, religious affiliations, races, and languages.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment with both internal and external partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively regarding individual resident lease adherence.
• Ability to network and develop community partnerships.
• Experience utilizing MS Office and web based programs.
• Be certified in CPR and First Aid or have the ability to become certified within six months of starting position
