Humera is seeking an Administrative Assistant III for our client, a major healthcare provider, in Minnetonka, MN. The candidate in this position will support the Health and Physician Services Directors & Staff. This is a long-term, contract to hire opportunity!

This position supports the Health and Physician Services Directors and provides administrative and project support. Additionally, this position supports other Health and Physician Services staff as necessary, including providing back-up support to the Admin team. Phone duties are also included in this position.
The incumbent must possess strong administrative skills, the ability to prioritize, be adaptable to change and be an effective communicator. Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Word skills are vital to performing this role.


Duties:
Director Level Support (25%)
  • Provides support around coordination of large meetings, conference calls and WebEx sessions
  • Processes invoices and check requests
  • Maintain Organization Charts
  • Special projects

Administrative support (30%)
  • Work with Admin team to process Health Services Admin Support Email Inbox requests
  • Produce and distribute monthly dashboards and reports
  • Preparation of presentations, documents, spreadsheets and flowcharts as needed
  • Backup of Executive Assistants as needed
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Internal print requests
  • Mail distribution

Project Support (25%)
  • Scan health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage
  • Maintain policies in C360
  • Ensure that department intranet page on IRIS is up to date.
  • Special projects

Communication and Teamwork (20%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive professional communication and teamwork.
  • Seek clarity when unclear to confirm direction, timing, etc.
  • Participate in staff and departmental meetings assisting in the identification and resolution of problems

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum years' experience required in the field to qualify for the position: 5 Years
Specific types of experience or skills required:
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
  • 5 years of Office Management / Administrative Support in a complex business environment supporting multiple individuals.
  • Experience working in a team environment

Schedule:
Mon - Fri 8:30am- 5:00pm
