Plus is looking for a Support Specialist of Client Services to join our Client Services team. Someone with 1 or more year of experience working in customer service, administration, or alike. An ideal candidate will possess skills in their attention to detail, organization, and have an interest in developing their career. This role will be working under the direction of our Client Services Support Manager.

Support Specialist of Client Services Overview:
You will be responsible for the administrative support for the Client Services, Consulting Services, and Management Teams.
What your day as a Support Specialist looks like:
- Providing administrative assistance and support
- Setting up new and existing customers to active files or transactions in the system
- Providing support with the implementation of new client's transition
- Assisting in the management of email inboxes and providing support to external customers
- Proofreading, editing, and standardizing text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, style and format
- Assisting in creating, reviewing and updating reports
- Performing quality assurance on active customer files
What you will bring to this position:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
- Strong project management skills
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or alike
