Humera Administrative Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with our client in Golden Valley. Our client is a well-known Rhinestone wholesale company with a diverse product line and client base. While this position is a more entry level Inside Sales position tending more toward customer service than sales, our client expects candidates with customer service experience and a solid service-oriented demeanor. This opportunity is a temporary-to-hire role for the right candidate.


Key job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Fielding inbound calls from customers
  • Interfacing with customers with a professional demeanor
  • Entering orders accurately
  • Exhibiting a mastery of the product line

Requirements:
  • 2 years recent, applicable customer service experience
  • The ideal candidate would be someone who could scale back their hours during the summer months
  • Must have dance, costume, or jewelry experience
