  • Supervise a group of team members in order to deliver individual and group performance goals
  • Lead the team to provide a great guest experience and help support the organization in delivering great looking stores
  • Develop, train, and retain a strong diverse team devoted to quality service
  • Develop and lead initiatives aimed at improving overall dept performance and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a role model to inspire team work between each team member and with other Target teams
  • B.S. or B.A. degree
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop, manage, and motivate people within a fast-paced and production oriented work environment
  • Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships (internally, cross-functionally and cross-company)
  • Previous home based experience 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thought skills
  • Demonstrated track record of producing significant business results
  • Strong customer service perspective/experience
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Schedule: mid-shift and weekend rotation
