As the After School IOP Clinical Supervisor, you will:
• Plan and manage the care provided in intensive outpatient programming
• Partner with the After School Program Supervisor to provide effective management of clinical matters across multiple program locations
• Provides regular observation of program activities and ensure fidelity of manualized curriculum
• Assist with maintaining programs according to PrairieCare’s Standards of Performance and the standards of Joint Commission (where applicable), CMA, state and federal regulations, EEOC and insurance contracts
• Maintain a reduced caseload and provide psychological assessment, patient and family skills and after-care support to families enrolled in programing
• Participates in the evaluation, development and improvement of services
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients
• Participates in the recruitment, orientation and training of therapy staff
• Provide direction and support to program staff in the areas of admissions, discharges, provision of care and crisis management
• Work with the After School Program Supervisor to facilitate effective team meetings, safeguard employee satisfaction and conduct performance management
• Become knowledgeable in program content and be able to provide backup clinical coverage and clinical supervision within scope of licensure

• Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred)
• Current independent license to provide therapeutic services in the State of Minnesota
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience and 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of acute adolescent and child psychological disorders, advanced principles of abnormal psychology and a strong familiarity with follow-up resources available to patients
• Skilled in conducting group, individual and family therapy
• Ability to obtain required malpractice insurance
• Ability to effectively integrate services across multiple locations and populations
• Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form with program staff, administrators, referents and the public
• Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
