Equipment Procurement Specialist:
Humera is looking for a Business Support Specialist I for our client, a major grocery retail and supply chain company, in Eden Prairie, MN. Candidate will be responsibile for working with internal staff, retailers and program vendors to on board stores with new services, track progress, facilitate services paperwork, and be the contact point of contact for the services our client sells and supports. This is a long-term contract opportunity.


Duties:
    Assortment and Presentation Responsibilities
  • Responsible for keeping the information related to item setup accurate in the appropriate systems
  • Sourcing Responsibilities: Responsible for accurate input of deals into the appropriate systems
  • Assists the BSMs in accurate record keeping associated to contracts, deals and promotions
  • Planning Responsibilities: Provides as needed support to the BSM related to planning
  • Will assist in gathering appropriate information, record keeping and filing related to planning process
  • Information gathering, compiling and spread sheet creation
  • Develop and maintain Excel templates
  • Highly skilled in both written and verbal communication

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
  • High level of Excel skills with macros and pivot tables experience
