Are you looking for a temporary project that will be starting immediately? If so, an Educational Testing company in Apple Valley is looking for individuals to perform duties in the following areas:

Distribution: Includes assembly, shrink wrap, collate materials, count materials, pick materials from a pick list, verify picked materials, pack materials, print labels, use PC to ship materials, lift materials, palletize materials, move pallets, and perform quality checks.

Receiving: Includes using a computer and other technology to receive and sort incoming packages and materials. Also will move packages and materials, distribute or store them in designated areas, and perform quality checks.

Cutting: Includes moving and lifting materials, operating a large format cutting machine, and cutting answer documents for the scanning machines.

Scanning: Includes moving and lifting materials, operating a high-speed image scanner to capture student responses, performing quality checks, interpreting computer data, and completing documentation accurately.

Document Storage: Includes moving and lifting materials, packing secure answer documents into boxes and palletizing them for warehouse storage, and performing quality checks.

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Stand, walk, or sit at work station up to entire of shift

• Bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to accuracy, quality focused, and detail-oriented

• Work extended shifts, oertime, and weekends (may be short notice)

• Computer and other technology usage

• Personnel may be moved between positions as needed

This position does require the candidate to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Excessive amounts of absences are unacceptable.
