- Answering inbound calls, performing 75-100 outbound calls per day
- Providing support to customers
- Updating client information in the system such as address changes, changes to billing contact, etc.
- Placing outbound calls using warm leads from the sales team
- Documenting calls in system
- Documenting daily work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous sales or phone work of at least 1 year
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Upbeat personality
- Ability to pass pre-screening requirements
