Accounting Assistant - Temporary
Do you have experience with ADP and strong Excel skills? Then Pro Staff would like to speak with you about a temporary Accounting Assistant opening at our client company in Alexandria.This is a part-time, temporary role, where you'll be assisting with bi-weekly payroll and other accounting related functions as needed.
Qualified candidates have:
- A solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, with exceptional skill in Excel
- Experience working with ADP
Hours are 8am-5pm every other Tues. and 8am-noon every other Thursday, with the possibility of extended hours depending on business needs. Pay is $15-20/hr., depending on experience
