Here, you'll apply a wide range of skills including communication, training, building and security design, workload planning, budget planning, data analytics and reporting.As a Lead Business Partner supporting Resource Allocation and Budget Management, you'll belong to a great team of genuine, diverse, courageous and versatile people who put integrity and ethics at the heart of everything they do.   • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years Target or related retail/finance experience
  • Excellent problem solving, and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning and tools, systems and resources
  • System aptitudes or knowledge of Target systems (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and working in highly collaborative environments
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to teach, educate and influence multiple team members and senior level leaders
