Financial Assistance Supervisor
As a Financial Assistant Supervisor you will supervise assigned staff in the Financial Assistant unit responsible for day-to-day operations. Unit responsibilities include determining program eligibility for government cash, food, & health care programs. You will evaluate, develop, & implement methods & procedures to improve service delivery & program outcomes. The work environment is fast-paced with changing priorities. One must be organized & detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple & varied needs/demands of services offered.
MQs: Requires equivalency of Bachelor’s Degree & 2 years’ experience in public assistance, income maintenance, or related field. A valid driver’s license is required.
Hiring Range: $68,637 - $85,796 - DOQ.
Rating: Rating of Training & Experience.
