The Edina Pro Staff office is partnering with a nonprofit that is hiring a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant on a temp-to-hire basis! This position would specifically manage the application process for continuing education credits that are offered by the nonprofit. Offering a 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday and paying $18-20, this position would be a great fit for an individual with a background in administrative support or credentialing/certificate program or management!

Responsibilities:

Process applications and renewals Main contact for course participants and staff regarding questions about continuing education credits and coursework Create and send out certificates for course participants after completion Update content of marketing materials and website as necessary Skills/Abilities:

Organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Attention to detail  Requirements:
