Pro Staff has the opportunity for you! We are currently seeking 100+ call center representatives for a large company in downtown Minneapolis Minnesota which acts as a third party administrator for class action lawsuits.
Key responsibilities include:
Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
Manage customer calls by delivering exemplary customer service.
Answering caller questions by following script and documenting call information into database.
General database updates.
Write appropriate call logs for company/counsel
25 wpm minimum typing requirement.
Comfortable working on computer.
Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Background check administered.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to read, write and speak English
Strong work ethic (attendance is critical)
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Shift hours are 9:30-6pm
