    Humera is looking to fill an Executive Assistant position for our client in Minnetonka, MN. This position supports the Chief Executive Officer in a senior living community and contributes toward the daily operations of the office. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides support in a one-on-one working relationship. They serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO.

    • Manage calendar of appointments, including personal activities and travel arrangements
    • Work closely, and effectively, with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
    • Compose high level correspondence and memoranda independently and with professional quality and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company
    • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the President and CEO, on matters related to programmatic initiatives and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
    • Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams; organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
    • Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
    • Plan, organize and coordinate departmental meetings or special events, including reserving conference rooms, sending and tracking invitations, procuring food and beverages and ensuring vendor payment
    • Set up meeting rooms/equipment (set up conference calls, trouble-shoot audio-visual equipment)
    • Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment
    • Edit and proofread all written materials and verify the validity of data and documents contained in all reports prior to submission
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 2-4 years supporting C-Level Executives
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English
    • Demonstrated attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
    • Demonstrated organizational and management ability
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Demonstrated ability to safely and legally operate a motor vehicle
    • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned unit(s).
    • Resolves service issues in the assigned unit(s) in a timely and respectful manner
    • Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and policies with the ability to use them in complex varied situations
    • Ability to work collaboratively in small teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering ideas, identifying issues, and respecting team members
    • Ability to summarize and communicate in English moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers
    • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to medical center staff, patients, families and external customers

      Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
