We are a small global manufacturing and distribution company in growth mode, looking for an Office Manager and Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team. - Finance - Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable. Track dealer commissions. Maintain margins. Process payroll, payroll tax deposits, payroll tax returns and sales tax returns. Bank reconciliation, general ledger and financial statements.
- Operations – Oversee travel schedules, manage occasional regulatory reporting, assure accurate inventory ordering, pricing and margins.
- Office management – Human Resource records management, benefits coordinator, establish policies and procedures in line with company goals, EOS participation.
Our ideal candidate will be upbeat and will have experience in a small manufacturing and distribution environment. They must have superior organizational skills and able to work within tight deadlines.
