Hunter Hamilton is partnering with an organization in the Fridley, MN area seeking a Billing Clerk. IN this role, you will be responsible for performing various billing processes, order processing and very light administrative duties. This is a contract to hire role and looking to interview and hire immediately!  

 Responsibilities: 
  • Generates and mails customer invoices and credit memos on a daily basis.
  • Processes and enters account payment information and adjustments 
  •  Ensures all bills pursuant to billing cycle are mailed in accordance with company procedures
  • Monitors billings for accuracy and communicates with personnel and/or customers to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
  • Generates shipping documents necessary to fulfill orders.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or other ERP System, preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
