Hunter Hamilton is partnering with an organization in the Fridley, MN area seeking a Billing Clerk. IN this role, you will be responsible for performing various billing processes, order processing and very light administrative duties. This is a contract to hire role and looking to interview and hire immediately!Responsibilities:
- Generates and mails customer invoices and credit memos on a daily basis.
- Processes and enters account payment information and adjustments
- Ensures all bills pursuant to billing cycle are mailed in accordance with company procedures
- Monitors billings for accuracy and communicates with personnel and/or customers to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
- Generates shipping documents necessary to fulfill orders.
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail in a timely manner.
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or other ERP System, preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
