Hunter Hamilton is seeking a part time Bookkeeper for an excellent direct hire, permanent opportunity available in Eagan, MN! If you have multiple years of professional accounting experience supporting a small office and are available for 25-30 hours of work each week, please APPLY NOW!

Duties:
  • Accounts payable and receivables
  • Prepare  deposits, general ledger postings and bank statement reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll 
  • Prepare monthly cash based operating reports for the property portfolio and distribute to management
  • Maintain W-9’s, submit 1099’s and sales and use tax annually
  • Organize and submit documentation monthly to outside CPA firm for monthly financial statements and tax returns
  • Prepare accounting reports for construction projects and tenant improvements projects
  • Prepare lien waivers for all construction payables and assist Administrator with tracking lien waivers
  • Assist Administrator with general liability and workers compensation audits
  • Assist with incoming calls and fielding maintenance requests by tenants, as needed

Qualifications:
  • At least one (2) years prior bookkeeping experience preferably in property management and or real estate industry
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Quickbooks 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Genuine enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
