A role in Supply Chain Program Management means being at the heart of our perpetual reimagining. This group helps organize the innovative ideas that spark change throughout the supply chain and you can show off your cross-functional chops by managing relationships, partnerships and interactions simultaneously. You will be able to impact beyond the boundaries of the Logistics organization, positively impacting Target team members and guests alike.As a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, you'll work on understanding and anticipating the impacts of work sequencing and resourcing intended to propel Target's Supply Chain forward to meet current and future needs.  You will interact with a broad set of stakeholders across supply chain, project teams and program managers while focusing on impacts within specific business functions.  
The core responsibility of this role will be to ensure that the broader team and affiliated work are resourced accordingly by establishing routines to enable business to reach short and long term goals.  You will identify and resolve work that is being stood up that does not align to future goal.  Play a lead role in creating and managing the annual plan of the Global Supply Chain.  You'll connect partners and work within functional teams, driving towards sequenced deliverables required to build Target's future supply chain.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with project management and/or intake management
  • Experience managing multiple, highly complex and frequently confidential initiatives at one time
  • Experience self-directing work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction
  • Knowledge of various parts of supply chain (logistics, distribution) or retail segments (apparel, food) preferred
  • Enjoys communicating detailed updates to various levels of leaders
  • Enjoys complex problem solving, leveraging curiosity to meet future needs
