Cook III (Prep) - Meadows Bar & Grille

Hiring rate or hiring range: $14.00 / hr
Prepares simple hot and cold food items according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepares hot and cold food according to standards and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assists with setup, prep work, and delivery of food products.
- Maintains cleanliness and order of all kitchen equipment.
- Organizes cooler and storage area.

This is a full time, year round position. The restaurant is located off the beautiful Meadows at Mystic Lake Golf Course.
- Must have kitchen experience.
- Must pass Cook III test.
- Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
- On feet or standing 100% of time.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Exposure to varied temperatures between freezers and hot line equipment.
