Job Description:

Job Summary:

Prepares simple hot and cold food items according to standard operating procedures.


Job Duties:

  1. Prepares hot and cold food according to standards and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  2. Assists with setup, prep work, and delivery of food products.
  3. Maintains cleanliness and order of all kitchen equipment.
  4. Organizes cooler and storage area.

This is a full time, year round position. The restaurant is located off the beautiful Meadows at Mystic Lake Golf Course.

  1. Must have kitchen experience.
  2. Must pass Cook III test.
  3. Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
  4. On feet or standing 100% of time.
  5. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  6. Exposure to varied temperatures between freezers and hot line equipment.
