 HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

 Position Description

This position is responsible to maintain and support Cornerstone; Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Performance Management.  Assist in being the first point of contact for HR and serve in a support role for a variety of functions; including events, employee wellness and recruitment.  Specific duties and responsibilities include:

    Maintain and support HR systems including; LMS, ATS, Performance Management, employee surveys, online training development tool, etc.  This includes collaborating with others to ensure quarterly releases or updates are evaluated, tested and implemented as appropriate prior to being visible to the company.Collaborate with Compliance, Clinical and Strategy to ensure timelines are met for required training updates and releases.Create and run scheduled and ad-hoc reports for all HR systems as requested.  Ensure reports are meaningful, processed and distributed to applicable recipients.Assist as first point of contact for the department by greeting employees as they enter HR.  Assist with invoice processing, tuition reimbursement, work-at-home agreements, etc. Assist with company events and volunteer opportunities: including promotion, set-up, participant tracking, scheduling and donation tracking.Assist with recruitment related needs; including scheduling interviews, meeting with new contingent staff, entering new hire information into ADP, etc.Collaborate with HR staff to ensure department projects or needs are met; including employee wellness, maintain filing, creating folders, etc.Assist with updating and maintenance of HR SharePoint site(s).  Ensure documents and content are accurate and current.
 

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources or related field; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.


Required Experience

One year experience with HRIS, LMS or ATS systems.  Experience in database management, report development and/or maintenance.  Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office. 


Preferred Experience

Experience with ADP, Cornerstone, Lectora and/or SCORM publishing.  Experience with SharePoint.
