Job Description:
Humera, formerly Dolphin Staffing, is seeking Medical Receptionist to work for our client located in Minneapolis. In search of an outgoing, friendly, reliable, and professional person to join their team as the front desk receptionist. This is a short term contracted assignment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming and professional first contact to the clinic by phone, e-mail, and in person
  • Verify and interpret chiropractic insurance benefits to patients
  • Schedule all appointments and meetings for providers
  • Catalog and scan all clinic invoices, receipts, and relevant incoming mail
  • Maintain clean and orderly front desk area and treatment rooms
  • Utilize electronic health record software to maintain confidential files and enter daily charges
  • Provide other support as needed

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of office administration experience, medical office experience preferred
  • Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google (mail, drive, calendar, etc.)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents and HIPAA requirements

Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.
