Summary: Data Recognition Corporation, a technology leader in educational assessments, is looking for an
Data Management Developer to build a new version of one our enterprise products which will provide
increased scalability and performance. The DM Developer is expected to be an expert at writing and
debugging complex SQL and understands the best ways to incorporate database requests into an
application as well as the ability to perform on-going monitoring and performance tuning of the application.
You will be working primarily with Javascript technologies including sails.js, sequelize, liquibase, coffeescript
and typescript. Work with QA, BA, PM, Dev teams. Need a solid
team player and good oral and written communication skills.

Essential Qualifications:

3+ years Data Management, Data Development:
● MS SQL

● Node.js
● Sails.js

Familiarity with:
● Coffeescript
● Typescript

This role focuses on database aspects of the application and uses the following tools for this work:

o Sequelize
o Liquibase
o SQL Server
o SQL Profiler
o Analyze and performance tune Database

●Agile methodology

● Solid verbal and written communication skills
● Unit testing

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have, not required)
● JIRA or similar
● Microservices architecture experience a plus, not required
● Reliable and report to remote work when scheduled
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
● Relate effectively and work respectfully with diverse work groups
● Ability to consistently perform well during times of increased work load
● Set and meet deadlines
● Manage multiple job functions simultaneously
● Other duties as needed
