Humera is seeking an HR Coordinator for our client in Brooklyn Park, MN. The individual for this position will provide secretarial support and administrative services to the Human Resources Department. they will also perform a full range of clerical, administrative and general office duties in a responsible and confidential nature. This is a contract opportunity
  • Adheres to values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Primary Human Resources coordinator to assigned area and provides general HR support.
  • Composes, prepares, proofreads and edits HR related documents as necessary. Uses systems which include Microsoft Office or internal systems.
  • Organizes and maintains HR files, records, and systems, following up on pending matters. Tracks and expedites projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintains calendars to ensure internal and external customers meet schedules.
  • Prepares regular and special Human Resources reports, coordinating information and summarizing data.
  • Screens telephone calls, letters, and /or visitors using discretion and judgment in dealing with internal and external customers to determine nature of business and appropriate individuals to address the issues. Answers and directs all incoming inquiries and correspondence not requiring supervisor's attention.
  • May perform confidential secretarial functions including developing and/or typing correspondences. Responds to routine external correspondences.
  • Coordinates travel schedules and reservation ensuring the most cost-effective arrangements for meetings.
  • Collects, maintains, and requisitions inventory of office equipment and supplies.
  • Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget.
  • May provide receptionist coverage.
