Help Desk Technician
Are you a savvy technical expert who wants to join a nimble, sharp, funny and compassionate team? We’re looking for you!
You’ll work closely on site with all users and departments and remotely with our field staff for desktop related hardware, software, and end-user support in a Windows network environment. There are also opportunities to develop training and support materials for the department and others!
This is a full-time M-F position, with minimal on call (eves & wkds).
To qualify, you must have a passion and curiosity for IT, along with knock-their-socks-off customer service skills!
Although not required, a computer related degree is great, along with two to five years’ experience with Windows operating systems. If you’ve worked with MS Office applications, PC and related hardware setup/support, and printer troubleshooting, it’s also a bonus.
