Staffing Partners is looking for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. This is a temp to hire position paying anywhere from $16 to $22/HR. The right candidate will have a strong administrative background and have experience with QuickBooks. 

Some of the duties include:

  • Administrative/clerical duties
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Greeting guests/answering phones
  • Help with new hire orientation/paperwork
  • Calendar management
  • Travel arrangements
  • General office management duties

The right candidate will have:

  • Proven office management or administrative assistant experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Excellent  communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have QuickBooks experience
  • Knowledge/exposure to accounting or willingness to learn
