The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is accepting resumes for an attorney to represent state agencies in transactional matters.  The attorneys would provide legal representation to state agencies with respect to public financing and bond issues; private equity investments; leases, licenses, and contracts, intellectual property matters and other transactional matters. 

 

Qualifications:  Applicants should  have relevant transactional experience.  Applicants should also have outstanding research and analytical abilities, good judgment and character, and have the skill, commitment and work ethic to represent the public effectively.
