ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CHART REVIEW – TELECOMMUTE
Optum Services, Inc., a UnitedHealth Group company, seeks an Associate Director of Chart Review to be responsible for supporting the National CDQI Chart Review Operations Initiative to provide value and better support the process of developing relationships and driving implementation within Risk Adjustment & Quality initiatives across Optum Care Delivery. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. Domestic travel required up to 5 times per year for project planning and team meetings. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of experience in a healthcare IT role. In the alternative, the Company will accept 6 years of experience in a healthcare IT role. Must also have demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following:1) Chart review experience to support payer and care delivery organization's risk adjustment; 2) Analyzing business requirements for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and HIPAA; 3) Applying project management techniques including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, and resource allocation; 4) Managing data remediation projects for healthcare clients; and, 5) Ad-hoc SQL analytics, translate business requirements into SSIS specifications.
