Optum Services, Inc., a UnitedHealth Group company, seeks a Product Consultant for our Eden Prairie, Minnesota location to develop the strategy and vision for product roadmaps, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance for features and enhancements. Requires Bachelor's degree or equiv. in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years related progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Must have 12 months demonstrated ability with: Perform role of project administrator for CA Agile (Agile Management Tool) in order to add/remove team members, create projects, Iterations and releases, and update project hierarchy, reset accounts/passwords, set the visibility of custom fields; share custom pages , control template/views; Guide an agile product team through the correct stages and ceremonies for a release, use the correct agile tools that will produce the required artifacts and documentation to help the organization meet their measured business objectives (MBOs); Contribute and administer internal collaboration tools such as Sharepoint or HubConnect (Jive) to onboard new users and facilitate the transfer of information regarding release plans, new functionality, product updates, outages and events; Use IT Helpdesk tools including Service Now, HP Service Management to work with external teams that are impacted by releases; Use Service & API Testing tools such as SOAP UI, Postman in order to help create test tasks, as well as help execute system test plan and participate in User Acceptance testing; and must also have 36 months of experience leading development scrum meetings, write user stories, perform user acceptance testing and work with release management team to communicate release schedule and content.
