Humera is seeking an Order Entry professional for our client, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of specialized quick-disconnect couplings for the life sciences, industrial, and chemical handling markets, in St. Paul, MN. Our client is part of a worldwide global manufacturing company.
Duties:
  • Take product orders by phone and email from both clients and internal departments
  • Ask clarifying questions to ensure you have the correct information for the orders upon initial intake
  • Enter orders accurately and timely to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Light scanning, faxing, and filing

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Customer focused and driven
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of direct experience working in a customer service position
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Oracle ERP
  • Superb consulting and critical thinking skills
  • Business acumen and solid understanding of company strategy, business, and competitive positioning
  • One to two (1-2) years manufacturing experience
