As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it's really like to work somewhere they already love. As the Sr. Manager - Recruitment Marketing, you'll be responsible for building digital, social, email, event marketing and job advertising strategies to attract top talent to Target.  You'll develop channel and content strategies that promote Target as a great place to work and accurately showcases our unique culture. As a highly collaborative and influential leader, you'll partner with Recruiting, Communications/PR, Marketing, Employee/Labor Relations, the business and your team to build and execute paid and organic campaigns that drive candidate pipelines for key talent segments. You have a proven track record of building beautiful, authentic and engaging multi-channel marketing content. You're creative, strategic and embrace out of the box thinking.   • Set the editorial voice and manage the Recruitment Marketing team to execute the overall content and media strategy
  • Evolve Target's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), in partnership with a cross-functional team across the organization, and advance recruitment marketing brand accordingly to ensure tight alignment
  • Partner with design team, global agency and media partners to drive brand positioning through new and existing touchpoints
  • Lead the development of digital, social, email and event marketing and advertising strategies to generate targeted candidate pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting, optimization and global governance through data and insight
  • Communicate and evangelize editorial vision and capabilities with recruiting community, at all levels
  • Set partner expectations through strong and consistent communication
  • Stay on the leading edge of recruitment marketing by doing competitive analysis and measuring our recruitment marketing success compared to the best in the industry.
  • Manages partnerships with external vendors and internal partners (Recruiting Operations & Technology) to ensure technology requirements and solutions are in place to meet branding strategies (Avature, Workday, Corporate/Career Site, etc.)
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally
  • Reports to the Director, TA Strategy & Operations
  • Manages a team of 4-5 media, creative and content experts
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of marketing, advertising or branding experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets, with internal and external partners including creative agencies and media partners
  • Success in building high-performance teams, motivating and fostering a collaborative, results-driven cross-disciplinary team
  • Strong influencer and can effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization and in a matrix environment
  • Strong ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns
  • Ability to articulate concepts and solutions
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to define clear data-driven recruitment marketing outcomes
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience with recruitment focused content and campaigns on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, video platforms, and discussion forums
  • Comfortable working in an environment with multiple competing priorities that requires agility and flexibility to move tactics forward instantaneously
  • Experience working with and/or leading global teams
Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of live and virtual event management
  • Working knowledge and experience with Workday (Applicant Tracking System)
