Humera is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Minneapolis, MN that specializes in real estate law. The Administrative Assistant will assist the Controller with day-to-day operations and perform daily administrative tasks. This person must be motivated and efficient, have excellent Excel skills, and type over 40 WPM. This is a long term contract opportunity starting immediately!


Responsibilities:
  • Excel reporting
  • Filing
  • Scheduling
  • Billing
  • Edit/write policies and procedures
  • Data entry

Requirements:
  • Motivated and determined
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to type over 40 WPM
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexible schedule

Schedule:
    Preferred 6:30 am - 3 pm but willing to be flexible
