As a Production Designer, you will be part of a team that supports the creative vision for marketing campaigns across print and social channels. You will leverage your production and design expertise, knowledge of technology and tools, and your eye for detail to create and execute compelling, usable and inspirational content that connects to our evolving guest. You will collaborate with a broad team of Creative Directors, Art Directors, Digital Designers, Copy Writers, Strategists, Experiential Designers and Project Managers. We will support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Graphic Production Designer. - 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience
- Solid portfolio demonstrating breadth of design and related experience
- Strong print production skills including typesetting, layout design, graphic and photography asset management, image composition and light retouching; and production file execution.
- Expertise in key software applications and execution techniques for print and social media channels
- Ability to communicate effectively with Creative Partners and maintain brand style and quality guidelines
- Flexible to travel (weekends included)
