Your passion meets your vision when it comes to working the data, solving problem statements, gap analysis and asking the all-important question of “What if … ?”About the Job: The Lead Process Manager Supply Chain on the Direct Vendor Ship (DVS) will manage a strategic initiative supporting critical DVS Operations metrics.  This role will be focused on solving network level problems and inventing future state capabilities across the total network in support of critical supply chain metrics. This position will work with Senior Process Manager and a broad set of supply chain stakeholders, MBS, EDABI, OMS, EDI, and various other internal and external teams to ensure capabilities are built and metric improvements are achieved.In this role, you will lead capability work for the DVS order management team and critical work streams that support the program including creating projects to address order management gaps across the network. You will be self-driven and create the strategy for your area while leveraging data to problem solve using independent judgement and decision making with a focus on continuous improvements to help evolve the supply chain. You will be responsible for driving improvements in fulfillment metrics such as On-Time Ship, Fill Rate, and Quality and will often be communicating metric updates to key leadership group on an ongoing basis and collaborate extensively with internal and external teams, providing thought leadership and ensuring appropriate team members are aligned around similar goals and objectives. You will foster a sense of urgency and inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance to overcome obstacles while committing to the organization's direction. You demonstrate a willingness to learn, seek out new opportunities and approaches to your work in an ambiguous environment.About You:
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • 5-7 years e-commerce, supply chain or supply chain support area experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with ability to engage, influence and motivate others
  • Comfortable self-directing, self-motivating and solving for an optimal path forward where not defined
  • Process improvement and/or design experience including Six Sigma
  • Proven ability to solve problems with little guidance using data and analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - will interact with internal and external leadership on a recurring basis
