Administrative Coordinator - Direct Hire - St. Louis Park, MN
Our client in St. Louis Park is looking for their next long-term Direct hire! This role is like no other in that you will literally see your efforts pay off on a daily basis (in a good way, of course!). This role will pay around $50,000+\- annually and offers any level of benefits you would like. Hours are 7:30-4:30pm Monday through Friday to accommodate an Employer supported work-life balance in which there are very limited, almost non-existent instances where you will be required to stay beyond those hours.
Duties: Meet and greet people all day long. They walk into your office without warning any time of the day. Therefore, this person must be able to be interrupted and then go back to their duties with little interruption. Administrative support to one main Director and a few team members. These Administrative duties consist of setting up meetings, maintain calendars for company and Director, writing letters, helping with PowerPoints (nothing crazy), answering phones, helping customers and internal employees find answers when they need assistance, handling the minor office duties that no one else wants to do or thinks of doing but you do, assisting with compiling expense report information for the Director, maintain and keep organized the filing system and tons more.
Required: Excellent references. Understanding of the concept of Confidentiality. Minimum of 2 years of business administrative office support. Professional attitude and appearance. Friendly, outgoing and extremely helpful personality. Desire to help others and make their day better. Excellent multi-tasking and attention to detail skills. Understanding of what it’s like to work for an organization that has a mission directly related to making a positive impact on the community and world we live in.
