Here, you'll deliver the insights and analytics that measure our performance and improve our marketing and media decisions. You'll lead the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful data patterns that inform innovation for greater guest loyalty. Your work will help guide the holistic Target experience for our guests while providing our business partners with facts distilled into insights and implications that they can quickly and easily act on. You'll dream big to ideate the new tools and methodologies that effectively answer Marketing and Media Strategy's most critical questions. And you'll provide leadership when it comes to guest data governance, policies and enhancements.As a Sr GRS Designer, you will support the Design Leads in designing specific experiences for the critical touchpoints along the guest journey that are consistent with the program strategy and design principles.  You will work with loyalty partners to guide them on scoping program enhancements and experiments using a guest-centric mindset.  You will ideate, sketch, and document user-flows and information architecture that make the end-to-end experience strategy tangible.  You will create assets to facilitate quick-turn experiments with guests that will inform the design leads on direction and evolution of the program.  Through partnership with digital product, UX, UI designers, and others you will bring the touchpoints to life.   About you:
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in guest experience design/design thinking
