A role with the Small Format team means working on transforming our stores and how our guest interacts with them. PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Remodel Program Manager - responsible for all run the business and change the business activities for remodel.   This individual will define the management structure of all projects for the CFT, drive CFT accountability, and alleviate / elevate risk specific to the broader remodel program.  They will partner cross functionally across the organization to improve our execution, identify & mitigate risk, streamline communications and facilitate CFT meetings. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the structure, engagement and reporting of how we will manage all remodel projects
  • Manage multiple remodel projects related to improvements across the end to end CFT
  • Lead all change management for the remodel program; ensuring all changes are made timely, total CFT is informed on implications, expectations and timing
  • Support CFT in the development and buildout of project plans to ensure that they are appropriately scoped, viable and resourced
  • Drive accountability across the broader CFT to ensure we are focused on the right activities and have solid project plans, timelines and resources in place.
  • Develop and adhere to a predictable communication schedule for all project progress related to Remodel initiatives
  • Manage total program resourcing and bandwidth to ensure CFT is able to deliver on all remodel initiatives on time and on budget.
  • Responsible for other duties, as assigned
  • Responsible for broad program management, providing direction and creating accountability for cross functional partners numbering over 160+ TM's.  Oversees remodel program development of process and tools to advance our work, quickly iterate, and remove roadblocks
  • Improve communication processes and tools between HQ, External Partners, and Stores
  • Lead a cross-functional team in assessing, defining, and developing scale capabilities needed for program buildout and optimization
  • Coordinate across stakeholders, and identify dependencies across group and with broader organization; define future operating model needs for remodels that would impact our Team, Core Merchandising, Our Stores Organization and Key Support Partners
  • Support development and career planning for the team
  • Develop and create test & learn culture to quickly test ideas and adjust; align short and long term goals to capitalize on this approach
  • Job duties may change at any time due to business needs
   About you:
  • Four Year College Degree
  • 7+ years' experience leading a large cross functional team
  • Previous Program / Project Management experience
  • Experience driving a large enterprise wide initiative
  • Outstanding communication - both in presenting and the development of content for presentations. 
  • Enterprise mindset with strong cross-functional leadership and organizational influence to operate effectively across areas
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results quickly and consistently
  • Cultivate and rely on extensive informal networks inside and outside the firm to solve problems that arise
  • Experience influencing key business partners without authority
  • Exercise independent and fair consensus-building skills when conflict arises.
