Here you will promote a culture of mindfulness around safety and security, while preventing and responding to incidents that fall within our many areas of expertise.As a role within the AP Support Services, team means being a part of a team that manages communication and content, training initiatives, workload management, structure, events, and new and remodel store support for store, supply chain and headquarters AP teams. Here, you will apply a wide range of skills including strategic communication and presentation, training, project management, organization, collaboration over a wide span of the business. As a Lead Business Partner supporting AP Structure and Events, you will belong to a great team of genuine, diverse, courageous and versatile people who put integrity and ethics at the heart of everything they do. Together, you will drive outstanding financial results by enabling and accelerating AP's and Target's strategic execution.   • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years Target or related retail experience
  • Excellent project and change management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and working in highly collaborative environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills   
  • Ability to teach, educate and influence multiple team members and senior level leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
