As a Lead Consultant L&D Client Engagement supporting Technical and Product teams, you'll assess learning needs and facilitate discovery to deliver innovative, technical learning solutions that help solve complex business and people problems. You are responsible for developing learning solutions to close capability gaps; deliver learning solutions leveraging User Experience (UX) knowledge/detailed audience analysis; serve as a learning culture ambassador to promote a growth mindset; and manage external partnerships.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and in the Product model
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly in UX and front-end development
  • Experience leading large cross-functional efforts
  • Expert consulting and communication skills
