You'll produce extensive benchmarking, rigorous market research and benefits analysis to inform the right compensation mix for roles across the company. Your point of view will be directly applied keeping Target competitive and standing out in the sea of other places candidates can choose. You'll develop great relationships with our vendors to get the most out of our systems and resources. And you'll help team members understand their benefits and how to maximize them. As a Sr. Benefits Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, communication, and financial education around Target's savings plans, including the TGT 401(k), and other financial well-being products and vendors.  You will facilitate financial education initiatives, manage financial content on the team member benefits portal, and design plan communications.  You will analyze participant data to recommend plan design changes and support presentations to the Plan Investment Committee and other senior leaders.  You will also maintain a thorough knowledge of Target savings plans to help ensure that the plans operate in compliance with all rules and regulations.  We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development to help you grow.   • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in human resources or finance
  • Familiarity with savings/retirement plans
  • Self starter- able to problem solve and manage projects with minimal direction
  • Strong data and technical skills- proficient in Power Point and Excel with the ability to learn vendor systems
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of team members about benefits
