Administrative Assistant/Event Planner
Successful company on the move is looking for their next Administrative Assistant/Event Planner! In this role you will assist the Marketing Manager with marketing projects and events, perform administrative functions, work with bids and estimations and assist with submitting them, office management items such as mail delivery, sending out Fed Ex or UPS packages on occasion, greet visitors, set up meetings, support executives and much more!
If you have 1+ year of corporate experience in a an Administrative or marketing related role and you are looking to add a ton of challenging duties and projects to your plate, this might be what you have been hoping for.
Qualifications: 1+ year(s) of related experience or internships. Must be very good with computers, databases, reports etc.... Must pass a criminal background check (7 years) and drug screen. HAVE to be pleasant, energetic and outgoing as well as be able to take initiative to figure things out (or try) before being told what to do.
