Humera is seeking an Administrative Assistant III for our client located in Plymouth, MN.
Our client provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products as well as being committed to feeding the world in a responsible way, reducing environmental impact and improving the communities where we live and work. The person in this position will be performing basic clerical duties to support lab research. This is a long-term contract opportunity!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Make Travel Arrangements using BCD Travel online
  • Manage busy calendars using Outlook & set up meetings as requested & order catering for meetings if requested
  • Creating expense reports using chrome river expense reporting system
  • Back up support to Sr. Admin Assistant
  • User Admin Responsibilities
  • Provide Marketing related support
  • Other projects as requested by Manager
  • Back up support to receiving materials in SAP TC2 (will train)

Minimum Education Required
  • High School or College Associate Degree
Other Required Experience/Qualifications
  • MS Office - Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel
  • Fast learner
  • Strong organizational skills
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications
  • SAP - TC2 experience

  • Shift: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
