You'll have the opportunity to design, develop and support innovative solutions across a variety of applications, platforms and environments, building tomorrow's technologies in Search, Browse, Product Info, Promotions, Content and Checkout. You'll put your skills, experience and passion to work in an entrepreneurial environment where success is rewarded.As an engineer in the Inventory Management Team, you will be a part of the team that is building our modern supply chain systems. You will work on complex algorithms that drive the movement and positioning of inventory across our vast supply chain network to delight our guests by having our products available at the right place at the right time. To build these capabilities you will engineer distributed, fault tolerant, reactive and highly scalable systems that deal with problems in Big Data, constrained availability and supply chain network optimization. You will be a part of a high velocity scrum team using Agile methodology and practices. Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience engineering and supporting distributed systems.
  • Strong problem solving and thought partnership skills.
  • Team attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficient in a broad range of data structures and exposure to algorithms
  • Strong Object Oriented Design and development skills
  • Develop software and systems on Test Driven Development (Unit Tests, Automated Tests. Etc.)
  • Experience working with Web services
  • Exposure to CI/CD
